Anthony has a wealth of expertise in mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, international business development, management processes, and sales and marketing for large multi-national companies and private equity firms.

His direct experience with some of the world’s largest materials handling technology companies has given Anthony a specialist insight into growing and expanding globalised industrial companies.

Since founding Greene Lawson Advisors in 2017, Anthony has widened his market and sector knowledge and now has a comprehensive overview of the wider industrial automation market participants.

Prior to Greene Lawson Advisors, Anthony served as EVP of Corporate Development & Company Secretary of the Group at Dematic Group SARL & Dematic Ltd, where he was also responsible for group level business relationships with key partners. He completed software and technology acquisitions and delivered a new market approach which led to exceptional growth for the Company.

During his time at Invensys plc, he served as Chief of Staff developing the strategy and goal deployment management processes to streamline business costs, rationalising the remaining portfolio of businesses, establishing cross-divisional offerings and market projects, all to achieve sustainable growth of over 5%. Anthony was also responsible for all government relations at the Company.

Anthony is a Chartered Secretary and has also previously worked at London Electricity plc and served as President and Managing Director at IMServ, the UK’s leading automated meter data manager.

Anthony was also, for 5 years, the Chairman of the Governance and Audit Committee of the £4.5bn Invensys Pension Scheme.

JIM STOLLBERG

Jim is a world leading authority in the technology of logistics automation, having spent over 20 years in executive leadership roles with several market leaders in the supply chain industry. He also has significant experience in strategic planning, business development and operational management, as well as a proven track record in business transformation.

Until 2017 he was Executive Vice President, Research and Development at Dematic Corp where he led the technology transformation, making Dematic a market leader in the provision of cutting edge solutions for the world's top e-commerce, retail & general merchandise companies.  

Since 2017 Jim has served in several board and advisory roles with market leaders in the Supply Chain and Automation industry, including Shipmonk, Autostore and Covariant.ai. He has also advised numerous Private Equity investors.

Jim started his career at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) where he led mission critical engagements for his manufacturing and supply chain clients. 

He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and also serves on Marquette’s Supply Chain Advisory Board.

Jim has also previously worked at HK Systems and EXE Technologies.

 
 

DAVE BERGHORN

Dave has deep specialist experience of material handling technology, having spent over 20 years in leadership positions managing new product development and technology acquisitions. In addition, he has held leadership positions in manufacturing operations and resource management, as well as executive management responsibilities including marketing, budgeting, forecasts and procurement. Since 2017 Dave has been the Principal of Three Eyes Advisors LLC, specialising in R&D and Product operations, working with several large Private Equity firms on strategic acquisitions on a technical basis and then leading change in the organisations acquired.

Dave has previously held positions at Dematic Corp as EVP NA Operations (Manufacturing, Estimating/Quotations, Purchasing and R&D), Chief Technology Officer (Global Purchasing, R&D and Manufacturing), EVP NA R&D (software and Mechatronics), SVP Global Mechatronics and Robotics Technologies. Dave has a  degree in BSIM/IE from Purdue University. Before working at Dematic, Dave was President/CEO of ThyssenKrupp Drauz Nothefer (automotive Body-In-White robotic welding systems).

 
 

Dr MIGUEL PINILLA

Dr. Miguel Pinilla brings more than 20 years developing systems and technology for mission critical enterprise applications in the supply chain industry across Europe and North America. He has held senior executive positions at SmartTurn as CTO, VP of Engineering at Sunrun, at Dematic Corp as VP, Global Logistics Solutions and at Kion AG as VP, Product and Technology Strategy. His PhD is from Stanford University in Manufacturing Information Systems and he is a Fulbright scholar. His current roles include Sr. Technical Fellow at Flexport and Principal at Salduba Technologies. 

 
 

ROB BORK

Rob has spent his entire 40-year career in the logistics automation industry in management of sales, marketing and customer service. At Dematic Corp he led Sales and Marketing, managing cross functional strategy and business development teams he grew revenue by a multiple of 5. His market-leading sales and technical expertise is focussed in the fast-growing and technically complex and varied retail vertical markets. Since 2019 he has advised a number of private companies and private equity firms.

 
 

PETE DEVENYI

Pete has spent over 37 years leading technical organisations in defining and delivering mission critical applications in the fields of logistics and telecoms. He spent over 8 years as SVP Enterprise Software at Blackberry until 2014 when he moved to Dematic initially leading their global software teams and ultimately all products and solutions including mechatronics, robotics and software. Since he left Dematic in 2020 he has been consulting and advising clients across the warehouse automation market and published a book in March 2022 ‘Decoding your STEM career ‘ to help young engineers achieve their career potential.

ULF HENRIKSSON

Ulf is a transformational leader with top expertise in industrial products and markets. Between 2013 and 2016, Ulf served as President and CEO of Dematic Group SARL, the global engineering and logistics company operating in 35 countries. He also served on Dematic Group SARL’s Board of Directors.

Ulf spent 6 years as CEO and Board Member of Invensys plc, and during his tenure sold off various businesses for high multiples and successfully transformed the product-focused process control business into a solution and service organisation.

During his tenure, Ulf led Invensys plc back into the FTSE 100 and also returned the Company’s debt to investment grade. He built a global rail signalling technology platform that was able to capture massive project growth between 2007 and 2010, and thus increased the market multiple for the Invensys group positioning it for sale.

Ulf holds a BA in Economics and a Master of Engineering degree from Lulea University, Sweden.

Ulf has previously worked at Volvo, Honeywell, and Allied Signal. He has also served as a non-executive Board Member at Hexagon AB.
